The Families We Serve
“Our journey began when I went into premature labor at Halifax hospital in Daytona. I was transported to Winnie Palmer hospital and delivered my beautiful baby girl, Chloe, at 28
weeks gestation. Chloe was only 2lbs, 4ozs. It was very scary and I had no idea what I was going to do or where I would stay to be close to my child. I was out of work due to her coming early and my husband had recently been medically discharged from the army . We barely had enough money for the bills let alone a two month hotel stay. The Ronald McDonald House welcomed my husband, my children and I with open arms.
We are very grateful for the Ronald McDonald House.”

“We would like to thank the Ronald McDonald House for letting our family stay here while our twins were in the NICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital. The RMH is a“home-away-from-home” and the staff is very pleasant and the house is immaculate. Without RMH, we would have been lost. We live in Daytona Beach, FL. It would have been a financial burden to travel an hour there and back multiple times a week to visit our twins. We are really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at the Ronald McDonald House.”
